Remodelaci\u00f3n de servicios, ba\u00f1o y cocina y pavimentos.
La unidad sanitaria contempla en cambio en todo el mobiliario y los acabados, d\u00e1ndole un estilo mas moderno<\/em>.
La cocina, que se encontraba en un espacio cerrado, se decide cambiar de lugar y abrirse completamente al \u00e1rea sala – <\/em>
comedor, integr\u00e1ndose a estas sutilmente mediante una barra tipo isla conformando en un todo el ambiente social<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

REFORZAMIENTO ESTRUCTURAL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

En este piso, se encontraba un desgaste estructural en una de las vigas, la cual estaba apuntalada para evitar su desplome.
La obra consist\u00eda en reforzar dicha viga, a trav\u00e9s de 2 j\u00e1cenas met\u00e1licas unidas entre si por pasadores en acero, que
la refuerzan y trasladan los esfuerzos verticales hacia los muros. Dicho reforzamiento incluye un sistema de activaci\u00f3n
mecanizado para un mayor funcionamiento del refuerzo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
